My answer is YES! they go between the underwear and the vag...you know when a woman is having the ovulation process some fluids came out and those pads has the pourpose to contain that kind of "water". Ough that sounds awful my advice is try not to think much about this, ja ja! some lady stuff... I hope you understand my english...I speak spanish...good luck!
