Jeeze, I'm an Aussie - so I am a 'mongrel' so to speak. I got a bit of Irish, Northern Irish, English, Scottish, German and Indian in me...but at the end of the day,I don't know the 'real name' of this song and ill leave that to the experts. However, its a cool song.

Ummm... No it's not... It's called "Tell Me Ma." It's an old enough song that anyone who knows it would recognize it under your suggested title, but that doesn't make it the name of the song...

Oh my goodness. I can't believe the immaturity here. It's a song title. I looked it up in different locations. It's recorded by many people as 'Tell Me Ma', and it says so right on the CD case. I'm sure there are recordings out with it as 'Belle of Belfast City' as well, because it's an old song and it's been passed around. There's no need for an enormous argument. If this and the political squabbles persist, I'll take the stupid thing down and remove the problem entirely.
