The poster I was replying to used the word, spelt that way. I didn't think there was such a word, but then I'm not French, so I just thought I'd ask.

When does she say "sencée" then?
Anyroadup, there are to forms that match your "sencée": "sensé(e)"="wise, smart" or "censé(e)"="supposed to".

She says indeed "un kilo de pommes" (a kilo of apples) and after that she says "où est le syndicat d'initiatives?" (where is the tourist office).

What is she saying at 2:40? It sounds like "un kilo de pommes" or it might be "palme". And after that she says something like "Ou est le cadeau...chateau" What's that line?

Une pikey. "Pikey" used to be a slang word for a gypsy or tinker. More recently it just means anyone of lower-class origin who behaves in a vulgar way. "Gyppo" also means gypsy - "Est ce que vous appellez mon père un gyppo?"
What does "sencée" mean?
